MEET THE TEAM
Stevie Dunn, co-owner is a qualified and experienced builder and bricklayer.
His expertise lies in all outside works and includes foundations, structural steel work, brickwork, drainage, driveways, patios, and landscaping.
Ben Bagshaw, co-owner is a qualified and experienced carpenter and project manager.
Experienced at overseeing and managing all aspects of a build, Ben originally trained as a carpenter and has expertise in both first fix carpentry (joists, roofs and flooring) and second fix carpentry (fitting kitchens, bespoke storage solutions and hanging doors).
Dan, a bricklayer and Callum, a carpenter, are both permanent members of the D&B team.
They have the right conscientious attitude that we require at D&B and are a credit to the company. We are constantly looking to expand the workforce but the right attitude and ethics are essential.

D&B are fully insured with public liability insurance, employer’s liability and contractors all risk cover.

It is important to us to have a very close relationship with our electricians, plumbers, roofers, plasterers, tilers and painters. We use the same reliable personnel each time, this helps us get the best prices along with a finished product that we are happy to put our name to. As we constantly use the same sub-contractors they make a concerted effort to get to our jobs done when and where needed in order that we can complete within the agreed timescale.
Our recent work includes a wide range of projects, from patios and driveways to full house renovations and extensions.
We work primarily in Hertfordshire, with recent projects being in St Albans, Hoddesdon and Welham Green.
